The Day-Date II adds the day to your classic Rolex. Submariner is new for divers with a nice nautical look on the dial along with a gold bezel and a gold and steel bracelet. Royal Pink definitely is definitely royalty with a black dial and pink stripes and 10 diamonds on the dial. The bezel is lined with baguette styled diamonds and a gold case. But wait there’s more… Each of the pink stripes on the dial has many tiny diamonds. This is the perfect wedding, anniversary, or stay on her good side gift. The Daytona has two lines of round diamonds or a single line of baguettes in the bezel. One model has rubies at the 12, 3, 6, and 9. One model has regular numbers while the other has roman numerals. This is more of a style I would see among auto sport collections and is not typical of Rolex. The Cellini Prince is the newest of the Cellini Collection each with a rectangular face, and with a second hand at six o’clock. The styles in this collection are very classy and simple. My favorite is the DeepSea. Not too many luxury watches are made to do what this watch can do. For starters, this is rated at 3900 meters. Yes, 3900 meters. Ok, so it is only 3860 meters beyond recreational limits and 3570 meters beyond the world’s record for deep scuba diving. In fact, this watch is exactly what you want when visiting the Titanic at a depth of 3840 meters. This watch is prepared for such a dive; it is the only watch using 904L alloy steel to be rugged yet polished. The bracelet expands to accommodate most any dive suit. But wait there’s more…It has a helium valve for decompression when returning to the surface, a three piece case and crown that is designed to withstand the pressure at 3900 meters below. |
